“.. The individualistic tendency marking our time has been misunderstood and all of a sudden self-examination is considered equal to saturating different communication channels with selfies. Under the glossy enamel lies the soot: only through facing your true self can you find balance and direction in life. Not many are ready to find out who the person actually is staring back from the mirror. It’s easier to just scream silently inwards, for merely the thought of opening your innermost core is considered abysmal. This is a big and somewhat a frightening part of growing as humans and it’s easier to drown the thought into clamor. It hurts to massage your knots open – however reclusion is a gift and completely different to isolation.”
